VALUABLE ITEMS

Students are encouraged to take responsibility and care for their own property by:

• using a locker;
• inquiring early and often about lost property;
• labelling possessions;
• leaving valuables (MP3 players, jewellery, mobile phones) at home;
• making payments at the Front office before school, preferably by cheque;
• handing any large sums of money to the Front office for safe keeping.

Computers
Students who bring a personal computer to school must take full responsibility for its care and safe keeping.

Mobile Phones
Students are not permitted to use mobile phones at school. Phones must be switched off and out of sight at all times during school hours.
These will be immediately confiscated and released only at the end of the day.

Walkmans/ CD Players/MP3 players
Students should leave these items at home as they have been banned from use at school.
These items will be confiscated by the class teacher if they are visible and will be available at the end of the day.

Skateboards
Skateboards must not be ridden in the school grounds after 7.30 am or before 3:30 pm on school days.
Skateboards must be left in lockers during the day.
