Cultural Integrity - Connecting to Country
Connecting to Country
In the four Connecting to Country classes the students have been learning about the importance of Bugong moths to Ngunnawal and surrounding high country nations.
These little moths migrate from northern NSW, away from the heat to cooler areas where they gather in crevices tessellating together. Each student coloured their Bogong moth (template by Ngarigu artist Sal Lavaro) before the student tessellated the moths on the wall in the Front Office and Student Wellbeing areas.
